Between your sessions
Accelerate your thinking, whenever it needs it.
An AI thinking partner designed for the space between human coaching sessions. It asks rather than tells, helps you examine your reasoning, and holds you to the next step you choose.
You are talking to AI, not a human coach. What you type goes to the AI provider that answers it, and nothing you write is stored on our servers. A session takes about twenty minutes and you can stop whenever you like. What the provider keeps, and for how long, is set out in the privacy notice.
How a session works
Four stages, in order. You do not have to remember them, because the page tells you where you are and what happens next. Most sessions take fifteen to twenty five minutes.
Say what you want
You bring one thing. The tool helps you turn it into something you could actually finish thinking about today.
"I keep going round in circles on whether to apply for the director role."
Think it through
The longest part. Short questions, one at a time. It will pick up on your own words and push back when your reasoning does not hold.
"You said you should probably go for it. What is the should made of?"
Decide one step
You choose it, not the tool. It gets written down in the form that research says people actually keep: when this happens, I will do that.
"When I open my laptop on Thursday, I will write the two reasons I want it."
Take it away
You say what you are taking from it. Then download your notes, or copy them, and close the tab.
The notes are yours, and you choose what to do with them.
Who this is for
Use it when you have one work or personal-development question that would benefit from focused reflection. You do not need to prepare anything, and you remain in control of what you write and what you do next.
A good use of it
- One question you keep circling, between conversations with your coach.
- A decision where you already have the information and need to hear your own reasoning out loud.
- A conversation you have been avoiding and want to think through first.
- Twenty minutes at eleven at night, when a human coach is not available.
What it is not for
It is not therapy, crisis support, performance assessment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice or employment-law advice. It does not make decisions about you.
How to get access
Straight about what this is
What it does
- Asks you questions, one at a time, drawing on the ICF Core Competencies our coaches train against.
- Takes any question you want to bring, about work or about yourself.
- Offers structure or options if you ask for them, then hands the thinking back to you.
- Disagrees with you when your reasoning does not hold up.
- Can be left at any time for a conversation with a person.
What it does not do
- It is AI, not a person. Nobody is reading your conversation as it happens.
- It is not a qualified or accredited coach, and it is not a substitute for coaching with one of ours.
- It is not therapy and it is not a professional-advice service of any kind.
- It can misunderstand you and it can be wrong. Check anything that matters with a qualified person.
- It does not make performance or employment decisions about you.
- It does not automatically report a session to your employer or to your human coach.
